Inspiration

So with inspiration from Mary Clare, I've decided that blogging at work is ok :) and probably the only way that I'll ever update this thing. So as my students type away using the program our school purchased in 1992. I'll pretend I'm working on my typing skills also.

So what to blog about... I've got lots of posts to catch up on. Fun family Christmases, our low-key New Years, our trip to the Biltmore Estate, but for now I'll start where I'm at and what I'm doing now.

My biggest thing for 2011 is to eat healthy, be active, and lose weight! This trying to have a baby has really gotten me down and when I'm feeling low I lay on the sofa and stuff my face and watch junk (which does nothing to help fertility). So I joined weight watchers (watch out Jennifer Hudson) and have started training for a half marathon (one of my leftover resolutions from last year). If you're interested, I'm following the half marathon plan found Here. I'm also going to be that annoying girl that talks about what she eats. Its like therapy for me. So stealing from MC I'm going to post a Menu Monday (and hope it lasts). So today is Wednesday and I'm behind but here goes:

Monday
Lunch- Zero Point Veggie Soup, Baked Potato with fat free cheese and Canadian bacon
Dinner- Leftovers from the holidays (I know its a little gross by this point)

Tuesday
Lunch- Zero Point Veggie Soup, Baked Potato with ff cheese, Canadian bacon, and bell peppers, spinach salad with prosciutto, zucchini, and bell peppers
Dinner- YUMMY weight watchers baked chicken recipe which won't copy and paste from the WW website so I'll have to type it later.

Wednesday
Lunch- Spaghetti squash with WW creamy tomato sauce, leftover chicken breast,
Dinner- Slow cooker burritos (WW recipe... will update when I figure out how)

Thursday
Lunch-Spaghetti squash w/ creamy tomato sauce, leftover chicken breast, salad for some greens
Dinner- WW Shepherd's pie. We'll see how this one goes!

Friday
Lunch- Leftovers
Dinner- Takeout from somewhere. I'll be chaperoning a sleepover with 40 cheerleaders so we'll see what happens!

Time to go run before cheer practice. Yay (sarcastic).
