Park Date

We had so much fun hanging out with the babies this past weekend. We arrived home from Florida on Friday and spent much of Saturday recuperating and hanging at the house. By Sunday we decided to take advantage of the beautiful day and go to the park.

Sunday started off with another amazing church service followed by brunch at city tavern. The plan was to eat outside but the weather didn't cooperate.

After afternoon naps we changed out of our church clothes and headed to Freedom park. The weather had warmed up nicely and the park was PACKED. We waited in line for 10 minutes to get into the park and then search everywhere for a parking spot!

We walked around for a bit and then made a pit stop for bottles. We set up blankets and ate in the sunshine!  Both babies miraculously finished their bottles (they've not been so hungry recently) and then we were off again for a few laps around the lake before hitting the swings.

We stopped by gigi's to see her newly landscaped fire pit. I wish I was as talented as my mom! I have two brown thumbs and have no clue where to place flowers. I'm hoping to get her to come by and help out our sad looking front yard!
