Upon returning home last night I discovered my poor husband bundled up in a down blanket sweating bullets with a 102 fever. He "doesn't get sick" (his words, not mine!). I took care of him last night, fed him tylenol and called the nurse to get him an appointment this morning. He went in early and got some Tamaflu and was feeling much better during the day. He crashed around 5:00 and I'm enjoying the quiet!
Overall today was pretty productive. Got ALL the laundry done, guest bath cleaned, moved the vanity into our bedroom, and thoroughly cleaned our room. So the diet was working really well until today. I have a hard time keeping my diet when i'm not in a routine. Last night for dinner I was so tired from the week (and Zumba with Paige) that I went to Baoding and got Chicken Chow Foon. I split it up into three portions and only ate one for dinner.
This morning I woke up STARVING. Here's what I have eaten:
Breakfast:
One portion of Chicken Chow Foon
Snack:
Trader Joe's Honey Greek Yogurt with almonds and chocolate chips
Lunch:
A Berry Green Smoothie
Lunch #2:
A Salmon Patty and Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Snack:
I decided to bake brownies for Jay. Bad idea. I have one very large serving and then put the rest away. Out of mind out of sight!
Dinner:
I'm not too hungry but I defrosted pork chops last night and had to eat them so I've been marinating them all day. Accompanying the pork chops will be spaghetti squash with homemade pesto sauce and roasted zucchini and squash. No Dessert for me!
After dinner we need to head to my parents house to do our taxes and pick up some furniture and their elliptical machine which will be living at my house until May! No excuses now!
