I am totally freaked out. I am so scared of giving myself this shot. Ah! I just watched the video and almost wet myself. I would take a Xanax but that might do more harm than good. Please pray that my sister does a good job.

BTW- I <3 Kate Boyd. She is a mom of one of my cheerleaders and family friend. She is actually excited to give me and shot and teach Jay how to do it! Yay! Would it be creepy if I took a picture? On second thought I don't think the image of me pinching my belly fat with a needle in it is something I'd want to share :)
