Food Today

Just for me:
Breakfast- Smoothie
Snack #1- Two brown rice cakes
Snack #2- Cucumbers
Lunch- Chicken sausage with onions and peppers, and an apple
Snack #3- Yogurt w/ almonds
Snack #4- Carrots and more apples
Dinner- Hmmmm..... something to go on the way to church. Sushi maybe?
